About Us: We are an elemental visionary initiative
At its essence, STUDIOmarine™ stands as a visionary initiative where emerging technologies contribute to practical living. Our core mission is to advance the prominence of 3D printing technology through sustainable production methods within the consumer products domain. As 3D printing evolves globally, we anticipate a corresponding rise in the prosperity of communities.
The journey began with the inception of the Scan The World initiative in London, UK, led by Coskucan GURUN from STUDIOX™ in 2013. This initiative represents the largest digital archiving effort of human historical heritage on the MMF website. Progressing in 2015, ZAXE, Turkey's inaugural 3D printing machine manufacturer, and the creative design studio STUDIOX™ from the UK formed a partnership with Istanbul Bilgi University. Together, they engaged in collaborative projects within the education sector.
In 2016, experienced sailor Ugur GURUN, knowledgeable in production methods and economics, joined the group. The venture foresaw the potential of 3D printing technologies in enhancing the yacht and boat industry. The plastic components of the sailboat launched by the ZAXE X1 series underwent sea tests on the boat Pegasus-R. The benefits of 3D printed models, such as structural durability, lighter weight, faster production, and personalization capabilities, garnered significant interest and demand. To leverage these advantages, the group established STUDIOmarine™ in 2017. Since then, headquartered in London, UK, our brand has consistently served as a solution partner and spare parts provider in the Global Marine Industry.
Concurrently, we are dedicated to acknowledging the importance of preserving the existing ecosystem. Our goal is to foster a society where sustainable consumerism not only develops but also becomes a cornerstone for future progress.
